The votes are in and counted; CWS’s employee of the Year has been named! We are happy to announce that the winners are Hitman Gurung in 1st place and Deependra Rai in 2nd place.
Our 1st place winner, Hitman Gurung, is CWS's Research & M&E Manager and has been with us for 7 years. He joined the Senior Management Team in 2009 where he has been an influential resource.
This year’s runner up is Deependra Rai who has been with CWS since 2005 as our Office Manager. Deependra is a very well liked member of staff, having won employee of the year in 2009!
The Employee Awards are voted and distributed by the Pokhara Team based on exceptional performance, personal development and a sense of team spirit.
